Since 10 years the manufactory Mannis produces specialties out of layercake in the beautiful town Seefeld in Tyrol/Austria. Delicate patisserie and confiserie are produced by using only the best ingredients and are handcrafted with most accuracy.
The recipes do not contain artificial flavors or colours. There is no usage of whipping-supports or preservatives. The blocs of Baumkuchen for the gastronomy fulfills highest quality standards and the Baumkuchen cubes are covered with finest chocolates to be served as a confectionary, also available in beautiful gift packages. There are also fondly arranged birthday cakes in the range.
Refined with creams in 40 different flavors and covered with a tender coating of Baumkuchen the dessert terrines get a specific touch. At the InterCool 2010 these terrines, fancied by the gastronomy, will be introduced in a consumer-friendly packing for the food retailing market. Next to the classics like chocolate-mousse, Black Forrest-cherry and strawberry-yoghurt there will be new tastes. The potao Baumkuchen in the selections of potato, mushroom, bacon and herbs is made out of freshly cooked potatoes, layer by layer. This unique food is served as a side dish, finger food and for catering.
